Refund policy
At The Klothing Brand, each item is made to order through our print-on-demand fulfillment partner, Printify. Because every product is custom-produced only after an order is placed, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for buyer’s remorse, wrong size, wrong color, or a change of mind.
Please review product details, sizing, colors, and shipping information carefully before placing your order.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We want you to receive your order in good condition. If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or there is a manufacturing issue, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue, please include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos showing the damaged, defective, or incorrect item
- Photos of all affected items if multiple products have the same issue
If the issue is confirmed, we may offer a replacement, reprint, or refund depending on the situation.
Wrong Size or Color Ordered
Since each item is made specifically for your order, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges if the wrong size, color, or product was selected at checkout. Please check the size chart and product details carefully before ordering.
Lost, Failed, or Unsuccessful Delivery
If an order cannot be delivered because of an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, or similar shipping issue, we may be able to help arrange a reprint or replacement, but additional charges may apply.
Minor Print Variations
Because our products are printed on demand, slight variations in print placement or color may occur. For direct-to-garment products, small print placement differences are not considered defects under Printify’s production standards.
