Shipping policy

At The Klothing Brand, every item is made to order through our print-on-demand fulfillment partner, Printify. This means your order is created after checkout, then shipped directly from the print provider.

Order Processing & Production Time

Most orders are produced and shipped within 2–7 business days after the order is submitted. Production time can vary depending on the product, order size, product availability, holidays, and high-volume seasons. Printify notes that estimated ship-by and delivery dates are not guaranteed.

Production time cannot usually be expedited. If available at checkout, faster shipping options may reduce delivery time, but production time may still apply unless the item qualifies for Express Delivery.

Shipping Options

Available shipping options may vary depending on the product, print provider, delivery address, and checkout settings.

Printify’s shipping options may include:

  • Economy Shipping: estimated 4–8 business days for domestic U.S. delivery when available.
  • Standard Shipping: estimated 2–5 business days for most domestic U.S. orders and 10–30 business days for international orders.
  • Priority Shipping: estimated 2–3 business days domestically or 3–5 business days internationally, depending on availability.
  • Express Delivery: estimated 2–3 business days including production, but only available for select products and locations.

Not all shipping methods are available for every item or destination.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and may vary based on the product type, shipping method, print provider, and delivery destination. Shipping is not included in the product price unless otherwise stated.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, tracking information will be provided when available. If your order includes items from multiple print providers, your items may arrive in separate packages with separate tracking numbers.

Some shipments may use untracked carrier services depending on the print provider and shipping method.

Shipping Carriers

Shipping carriers are selected automatically based on the print provider, shipping method, destination, carrier performance, regional coverage, and delivery reliability. Customers are not able to manually choose the carrier.

Separate Shipments

Because our products may be fulfilled by different print providers, items from the same order may ship separately. This means you may receive more than one package for a single order.

Packaging

Clothing items are typically shipped in poly-mailer bags, paper envelopes, or cardboard boxes depending on the product and order size. Packaging may vary by print provider and is subject to change.

Delivery Delays

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Delays may happen due to product availability, failed quality checks, large orders, holidays, weather, carrier delays, incorrect shipping information, or other factors outside our control.

If your order has not updated or shipped within 7 business days, please contact us so we can look into the order status.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost packages caused by an incorrect or incomplete address entered at checkout.

If an order is returned or cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, additional shipping or replacement costs may apply.

International Shipping

International shipping availability, costs, and delivery times vary depending on the product, destination, and print provider. International orders may be subject to customs fees, import taxes, duties, or other charges set by the destination country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility.

International packages may include customs forms as required for shipping and customs processing.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears delayed, lost, or stuck in transit, please contact us with your order number and tracking information. We will review the issue and help determine the next steps.
